Providing you a safe Hot Air Balloon Adventure is our goal.To accomplish this, we will provide you with safety related instructions prior to your flight. If for any reason we feel we cannot provide you with a safe and rewarding adventure, we will tell you so. In some cases we may suggest you contact one of the other local providers who may be better equipped to meet your special needs. We do not provide referrals but may provide contact information to other providers so you can contact them and make your own decisions. We try not to offend anyone, but in some cases (age, health, etc.) we feel it is best for your own safety to decline a reservation.
